Amani is an accomplished insurance professional with more than nine years of experience in insurance operations, risk management, claims handling, and client service across diverse sectors in Rwanda.
Currently serving as the Technical Manager at OLEA Rwanda Limited, he oversees the company's technical operations, ensuring the delivery of innovative insurance solutions, effective risk management strategies, and exceptional service standards. In this role, he plays a key part in portfolio management, claims handling, underwriting processes, and the design of tailored insurance programs that address clients' evolving needs.
Throughout his career, Amani has earned a strong reputation for his technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex insurance matters. His experience spans multiple classes of insurance, enabling him to provide sound advice and practical solutions to both corporate and individual clients.
Amani is currently pursuing a Master's degree in project management, further enhancing his leadership, planning, and project execution capabilities. He remains committed to continuous professional development and to advancing Rwanda's insurance industry through excellence, innovation, and a client-centric approach.
