She is responsible for ensuring the efficient performance of business systems, providing technical support, and implementing technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Combining her background in technology with her experience in insurance and corporate relations, Ritha brings a versatile approach to business development, customer engagement, and organizational growth. Ritha holds a bachelor's degree in information technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
