Yvonne is the current Chief Executive Officer of OLEA Rwanda. She brings over 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance industries
She has previously worked with several reputable insurance firms, including AAR Health Services Rwanda, a Pan-African company where she started in 2011 as a Sales and Marketing Executive before being promoted to Corporate Relationship Manager.
Yvonne also briefly worked with CORAR, later known as SAHAM, as an independent agent, where she continued to lead in sales performance. She later chose to represent UAP Insurance Rwanda, now Old Mutual, as its first insurance agency from 2013 to 2016. During this period, she won several awards for outstanding production.
Under her leadership, the agency later expanded into a fully-fledged insurance brokerage company, which subsequently partnered with OLEA to form OLEA-CUZO.She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in marketing.
